The pictured character is a stylized woman with red hair tied in blue ribbons, wearing a blue-and-white striped waitress dress, white apron, and red-and-gray striped thigh-high socks. She holds a serving tray with a tall dessert drink, while a diner-themed base includes a burger, fries, and a paper cup. Her standing pose and bright retro color scheme give the scene a playful restaurant setting.
